Um...hello!
This little cardinal decided to join me for breakfast on my Lahaina balcony one morning!
Humpback shows it's tail fluke!
This humpback put on quite a display!

This humpback was slapping it's tail against the water. Taken off the Maui west shore.

Going under water
Once you see the tail, the whale is under water for about 10 min.
There she blows!
We kept up with these two humpbacks for quite a while. Spectacular to see!

You can see the barnacles on it's tail.

These two humpbacks were putting on a nice show for us. Managed to get both of their tails in the air at the same time.

This was taken outside Big Mama's Fish House in Paia, HI. I had hoped to see some wind surfers, but as you can see, the conditions were a bit rough - there was only this one lone kite surfer.
